How to Enroll

Enroll a Computer/Browser

Step 1: In Home Banking, go to the User Options tab and click the Enhanced Login Security link.
Step 2: On the Enhanced Login Security screen, leave the first (default) radio button selected, and click on Submit.
Step 3: On the popup window, click on OK. The Enhanced Login Security feature puts a cookie on your computer’s browser.
Step 4: A success screen displays!

Remember to only enroll a computer that is secure!

• You can enroll as many computers and browsers as you wish.
• Once you enroll your first computer, the Enhanced Login Security feature will be required on all your computer/browsers you wish to access with Home Banking.
• Once a computer/browser is enrolled, you will see nothing different at future logins to Home Banking from that computer using that browser.


How It Works

Step 1: Enrolled user logs into Home Banking from an unenrolled computer or browser.
You will be prompted to submit question and answer data in order to log in.
Step 2: System displays a screen with the user’s challenge questions that have been set up at original log in.
Step 3: System displays a screen telling the user to check their email.
Step 4: User enters the answers and is taken to Home Banking.


Tips

• NEVER enroll a computer that is public or has multiple non-secure users in the Enhanced Login Security feature. When using this type of computer, only use the challenge questions as a temporary login!
• A user will only be challenged if they are an enrolled user, but are using an unenrolled computer (at the library, at a friend’s house, etc.)
• If a user wants to enroll an additional computer, they will have to go through the challenge screen on that computer, then go to User Options and click Enhanced Login Security and enroll that computer.
• If the user enters the wrong answer(s), an error message displays. The user must exit out of the system, and attempt to log in again to get back to the challenge screen.
• The user can change their question(s) and answer(s) at any time by going to User Options and click Challenge Question Setup.
