You may have noticed some changes happening at our main branch on IAA Drive over the past several months. We’re undergoing a major renovation project that has been planned for over a year. So far, the focus has been on the back offices, but in the next couple of weeks the construction will move to the main lobby area. We are very excited for this next phase and appreciate your continued patience during this time! 

Work involving the back offices that began on June 22nd will be completed on October 16.  The renovated back-office space was designed with the goal of allowing natural sunlight to all employees, better collaborative space across departments, and to incorporate “green” energy alternatives.  The updated workspace was constructed in accordance to COVID-19 guidelines and has resulted in a modern and safe workspace for our IAACU Team.    

As we move into the final phase of the construction project, we would like to communicate some upcoming service changes.  

1. On Sunday, October 11, 2020, all online, mobile banking, and ATM services will be unavailable from 6:00am-5:00pm due to power disruption and system maintenance.

  

2. Our main lobby will be closed on Monday, October 19th & Tuesday, October 20th for the construction team to begin work on a temporary teller station. When the lobby reopens on Wednesday, October 21st, there will be an access door that members will use to get to the current teller line. Don’t worry, we’ll post signs to guide you! 

3. During this next phase of lobby construction, please call to schedule an appointment for safe deposit box access or to meet with a New Accounts Representative or Loan Officer.
