IAA Credit Union (IAACU) is pleased to announce that Emily Mcleod has been named the first-ever Chief Experience Officer (CXO) effective February 24, 2025.
With 19 years of corporate banking experience and over two decades of leadership and operational expertise, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence to IAACU. She is passionate about leading her team and is dedicated to enhancing the member experience across all aspects of the credit union.
As Chief Experience Officer, Emily will focus on delivering exceptional service across all channels, ensuring IAACU continues to provide a best-in-class experience for its members. We are excited to welcome Emily to our leadership team and look forward to the leadership and strategic vision she will bring to IAACU.
