We're excited to welcome Phil Gelato to IAA Credit Union as our new Member Experience Supervisor, effective June 2, 2025.
Phil brings with him over 15 years of retail banking experience, with a strong background spanning both member-facing and lending departments. Throughout his career, Phil has developed a reputation for not only enhancing the member experience but also for being a dedicated advocate for his teams. He is known for building great teams and creating an amazing member experience, with a leadership style grounded in collaboration, empathy, and service excellence.
In his role, Phil will lead our Member Experience teams, overseeing the operational and administrative aspects of new account onboarding for both consumer and business accounts. His deep understanding of banking operations and his passion for improving processes and people make him a perfect fit for this position.
